In 2010, Greg Baker opened The Refinery with his wife, Michelle, in Tampa’s historic neighborhood of Seminole Heights, motivated by the idea that good food should be available to everyone at prices that won’t break the bank. His ever-changing menus incorporate ethically-grown local produce, global flavors, and classical French technique, while keeping in mind Florida’s rich history and a commitment to resurrecting nearly lost Florida ingredients and cooking techniques.
Greg and Michelle Baker opened their second restaurant, Fodder & Shine, in the historic Seminole Heights neighborhood in late 2014. Aiming to give folks a glance into Florida’s rich cultural heritage through food and drink, the menu features modern renditions of old Cracker recipes. They work closely with local farmers to source heirloom Cracker ingredients and butcher whole Cracker beef and whole pigs in house.
Join Brewery Ommegang and HBO for a taste of the most mysterious beer (not yet) on the market and celebrate the most anticipated season premiere of 2015, the return of Game of Thrones on April 12 at 9pm.
