Ybor City is changing (have you seen that shiny new baseball stadium the city wants to build on 4th Avenue?), and while clubs continue to cling to leases that let them program invaluable cultural events and concerts, we’ve got to give it up for The Castle, which has been serving its community (and welcoming curious onlookers) for more than a quarter-century now.
